In Build Our first audited impact report publishes after fiscal year 2026 closes. Until then, here’s what we’re building and what we’ll measure.Help us build it →
§ Public Stewardship · Pre-audit phase

Built to measure.
Building the data.

INC-USA is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit in active build. We’re early — Iwere Care telehealth is in pilot since 2025, and our other programs are still being designed. Rather than publish numbers we can’t yet defend, this page lays out exactly what we will measure and when each metric will be public.

§ 01 · The Promise

What we will measure. Across four pillars.

Reported with each annual report
Financials & standard
Pillar 01 · Healthcare

Telehealth visits delivered

Iwere Care consults completed by volunteer diaspora physicians. Counted, anonymized, and reported.

After FY 2026
Pillar 02 · Education

Scholars and learners funded

Scholarships and Iwere Academy enrollment — when programs launch and disbursements begin.

After programs launch
Pillar 03 · Empowerment

Members and businesses joined

Member-owned businesses, mentor pairings, and capital deployed once the network goes live.

After programs launch
Pillar 04 · Stewardship

Program-spend ratio

Audited share of every dollar that reaches program work — Constitution Article XIII binds the floor at 85%.

After FY 2026 audit

§ 03 · Community Drives

The drives we run home. Cross-pillar. On a published cycle.

Food. Schools. Nets. Holiday. Emergency.
See all drives

Community Drives are how the diaspora puts physical goods and targeted dollars in front of the people who need them in Iwere Land. Each cycle has a published manifest, a Niger-Delta-side receiving signature, and a 14-day post-distribution report. All drives report against the ≥ 85¢ / $1 program-spend floor bound by Article 13 of the Constitution (Emergency Relief carries a ≥ 95¢ / $1 floor).

§ 04 · The First Audit

When the books open. After fiscal year 2026.

Pre-audit phase

We’d rather publish nothing than publish numbers we can’t defend.

Our first independent audit covers fiscal year 2026 (January through December). Field work happens after the year closes; audited financial statements publish when the Board accepts them. Our first Form 990 follows shortly after.

Until then, the structural facts on this page are what we will hold ourselves to. Any donor or member can request our Articles of Incorporation, IRS Determination Letter, Conflict of Interest Policy, or Gift Acceptance Policy at any time.

We’re early. Build this with us.

Founding members and early donors shape what these programs become — and which numbers fill these tables when they go live.
