That is the charter bar. National provides the playbook, the 501(c)(3) branding kit, the treasury template, and a named onboarding lead who walks the first six months with you. If ten of you are willing, the Congress will build the rest.

Gather ten namesTen dues-paid members in one metro. A spreadsheet, a WhatsApp group, or a living-room dinner — however it starts.

Submit petitionOne-page form to National. We reply within 14 days with next steps, a playbook, and a named liaison.

Start a region →Charter & go liveElect officers, open a bank account, publish a charter. The Region joins the Board at the next quarterly meeting.
